I am Guy Buckingham, trading as Apeiron Coaching, and I am the data controller for personal information you share with me.

What I collect: the contact details you provide, and brief notes I keep to support coaching engagements, kept to the minimum necessary.

Why, and on what basis: to deliver coaching and facilitation services, on the lawful basis of legitimate interests; I do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Retention: coaching records are kept for seven years after an engagement ends, then securely deleted.

Your rights: you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting guy@apeiron-coaching.com.

Processors: I use reputable providers for email, scheduling and video calls, each with appropriate safeguards.

Complaints: you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
